In 2008 Northwest Steel Erection completed the 3rd building in the Allied Insurance complex. The building was a 5 story steel building with 320,000 sq/ft of added office space. Ryan Cos of Des Moines was the general contractor and Drake Williams Steel fabricated the steel for the project.
