In 2009 Northwest Steel Erection erected an 8-story steel structure and 2-story commons building for Aviva. The project is a steel structure of 8-stories and approx. 300,000sq/ft. Weitz CPD provided the steel fabrication. Weitz Co of Iowa was the general contractor for the project.
