In 2008 Northwest Steel Erection completed a 3-story addition for John Deere Credit in Johnston, Iowa. The Building consisted of 140,000 sq/ft of steel columns, beams, and decking. In addition to the building Northwest Steel also erected a link and skywalk to the existing office structure. Ryan Cos of Des Moines was the general contractor and Central Minnesota Fabricating fabricated the steel for the project.
