In 2009 Northwest Steel erected the steel on the new Wellmark Corporate Headquarters in Des Moines, IA. The structure constisted of 6 elevations of steel and over 70,000sq ft of decking.  The steel was provided by Weitz CPD. The Weitz Company of Iowa was the general contractor on the project.
