Don has overall responsibility for assuming complete client satisfaction. As the Operations Director for Topping Out Inc., Don will
stay personally involved in the project from preconstruction through project completion. Don will be responsible for assisting the
project manager with the estimate and schedule, quality plan review, erection sequencing, and manpower & equipment planning until
the completion of the project.
